Cancellation Policy: 48-Hour Notice

We value your time and commitment to our services. To ensure the smooth operation of our schedule and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellation Procedure:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• You can cancel your appointment by SMS, email or via the online scheduling app.
• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice are forfeited or will be billed as if they occurred.

Exceptions:

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions to the cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show Policy:

• If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, you will be charged the full service fee.
