It's no secret, at Run Tempo Fit we love running! We believe running is a tool to support our physical and mental growth, and increase life satisfaction.
Running is a mental game that’s why we believe in a holistic approach that uses mental skill development together with innovative programming.

We recognize that running is hard. It can be difficult to get out the door on a regular basis. This program is designed with these barriers in mind.
Run Tempo Fit is about inclusivity.
Often run training is designed for performance based or experienced runners. Run Tempo Fit is uniquely designed for the newbie runner up to the proficient 10K runner and beyond.
Understand the Training Levels. Which Level Are You?
Level 1 Runner
This is our approach to walkers ready to make the transition into running. It's designed for those who want to introduce running into their movement regimen while enjoying the outdoors. It is especially considerate of injury prevention and keeping it fun. In this program you can expect a slow run development program with strength and stability exercises to enhance your training.
Level 2 Runner
This runner aims to be able to run 30 minutes continuously, with few to zero breaks. Each runner will follow a training program that makes sense for them (based upon training years, exercise experience, age, and physical health).
Level 3 Runner
This runner is able to run 30 mins continuously and now wants to develop some speed and athleticism. The aim of this program is to encourage running a 5K distance in 30 minutes. It's a big goal but possible for most people with time and consistency.
Level 4 Runner
This runner aims to challenge speed, distance and has set their sights on completing a 10K distance.
Level 5 Runner
This runner wants to push their athletic potential by crushing their 5, 10K PB or by completing a first half marathon.
Level 6 Runner
The “bucket list” runner. This runner wants to run a half marathon PB or their first marathon. Big goals require big efforts and lots of encouragement. We got you!
Meet Your Coach
Hi! I’m Olivia Chadwick. I’m a Mental Performance Coach with 17 years of experience supporting my clients to flourish through fitness. My fascination with physiology and anatomy led me to complete a degree in Kinesiology and my certification in Pilates to educate and coach others on the power of movement.
After working with hundreds of clients one-on-one and in groups it has become painfully apparent that nobody is truly experiencing the wellbeing often associated with fitness. The truth is we only focus on the physical, in large part, due to our societal entrenchment in diet culture. This revealed to me that helping others requires an understanding of the body and the mind, which led me to return to academics to complete my Master’s in exercise psychology and contemplative studies.
My research explored how we can cultivate compassion and acceptance towards ourselves in the context of exercise. Can we paradoxically work towards improving ourselves and our lives while also learning how to accept, enjoy and even love exactly who we are right now? Today, my belief is yes! With exercise becoming a driving force for healthy self-care that acts as a life-line to a great life.
This journey has led me to my mission to empower women to live free of diet culture to experience greater personal fulfillment and life satisfaction!

The Program Options
Run Tempo Fit is unlike any other run coaching program available to you in so many ways. We're incredibly proud of all the innovative systems we have created to help you succeed. We aim to exceed your expectations about what run coaching can be.
We harness the power of technology, sports psychology, clinical exercise physiology, community, and nature to create a program that will empower you to access your incredible potential.
Here's how:
12 to 24 week Run Training Program:
As part of this program you will receive a weekly training program for 12 to 24 weeks with opportunities to individualize your training plan to accommodate your specific needs and goal.
Educational Videos:
Beyond the training program we help you understand how to train best for your event, what concepts you should incorporate to improve your running technique and performance.
Monthly Strength & Stability Program:
When running, injury prevention training should be top priority. Every month you receive a strength & stability or stretch program to prepare your body for the demands of training that month.
Coach's Corner:
In addition to your weekly programming you will also receive a weekly audio training that you have exclusive access to. Coach's corner aims to enhance your running experience and develop your mastery of running. We will be exploring runner physiology and mechanics because when we understand what our bodies are doing we can appreciate and respond skillfully.
A Mind-Body Approach:
We believe in integrating mental skills and running. After a few short weeks into a new running program clients are often amazed that the challenge of running isn't as physically taxing as they had assumed. Running is a mental sport. Mental skills include imagery, self-awareness, developing internal and external focus, relaxation, embodiment and more. We believe in the power of mind-body integration and use mindfulness techniques while running.
Access to Your Coach:
Programming will be based upon your 'level' and can be further individualized through private and group coaching sessions that you will have access to as needed. During this time you can discuss with your coach about modifying your training program to suit your goals, time, and physical needs.
